Will you put my orders on hold if my branding materials are out of stock?

No, we won’t put your orders on hold if the fulfillment center where we fulfill the orders doesn’t have your branding materials in stock. We’ll fulfill the orders and ship them without pack-ins and custom packaging.

We also won’t reroute your orders to fulfillment centers where you do have branding materials in stock. For that reason, please choose the right fulfillment centers where to send your pack-ins inventory.
