Can I include custom messages for Grandville Printing orders?

Yes, you can add your own message (and logo, if you choose) that will be added to each packing slip. Here's how you can do it:

1. Go to your Grandville Printing Dashboard and click on Settings from the left side menu
2. In the Settings view, scroll down to the Stores section and click Branding
3. Choose your store, leave a message, and upload your brand logo

Simple as that!

You can also include an individual message on the packing slip when submitting an order manually. Tick the box next to Include a personalized message in the Order Review step and write your note.

In case our average fulfillment times drop due to unexpected order volumes, we may fulfill part of your orders in our trusted backup facilities. This helps speed up the production process for you and your customers. Note that orders routed to our backup facilities and partner fulfillment centers won't have customization options for packing slips or logo printing on the package. If you wish, you can opt-out of fulfilling orders at backup facilities.
