Who is responsible for shipments during transit?

During transit, the shipment is your responsibility. You are responsible for the shipment until it reaches our facility. Once the products have reached us and they are stocked in the warehouse, we become responsible for them. You are also responsible for any customs fees that the shipment may incur when it is delivered to us.
