Some key things to know:

If you’d like to stock items at our UK facility, be aware that we only offer domestic shipments. Because the rates provided for international shipments are extremely high, we’ve temporarily disabled this feature to avoid overpaying for shipping.

In our Steele Point (Charlotte) and Smart Park (Riga) facilities, we only fulfill non-apparel (wall art, drinkware, jewelry, stationery) and warehoused products. If you sell on-demand apparel products in your shop, don’t send your branding materials to these facilities because we can’t use them for your orders. Instead, we recommend sending your shipment to the Westlake (Charlotte) and Lidostas Park (Riga) facilities.
