Why don’t all of my products show up on Grandville Printing?

The status of your products on Etsy's side may be the reason they're not syncing with Grandville Printing. Here's how it works:

• Products with Active status are synced with Grandville Printing automatically
• Products with status Draft, Inactive, or Expired are only synced with Grandville Printing once a day, and only the first 1000 products (not including variants) with this status are synced
• Products with Sold out status will not be synced with Grandville Printing

You can see the status of your products in the Listings section of your Etsy Shop Manager or on Grandville Printing. Go to Grandville Printing Dashboard > Stores and click on your Etsy store. You will see the status of your products on Etsy in your product view.

To make sure all your Etsy products automatically sync with Grandville Printing, change their status to Active on your Etsy store. Once they are set to Active, they will appear in your Grandville Printing account automatically.
