What happens when an order contains both a product fulfilled by Grandville Printing, and a product not fulfilled by Grandville Printing?

We only fulfill the items you have synced with Grandville Printing so we update fulfillment status only for the synced part of the order and your order might appear as partially fulfilled until you manually mark the rest of items as shipped.
